-Specific services, pricing, timelines, deliverables, and obligations (if any) are governed by separate written agreements, proposals, statements of work, invoices, or order confirmations between you and STRONG Pilates - South Park.

In case of conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement will control for the matters it covers.

3.1 SMS Communications

If you provide your mobile phone number, you may receive SMS or MMS messages from STRONG Pilates - South Park related to appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, reminders, service notifications, and occasional promotional messages.

In all cases, STRONG Pilates - South Park’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed $150 or the amount actually paid by you to STRONG Pilates - South Park for services giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Precision Core LLC, also known as STRONG Pilates - South Park and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
